Please look at all the photos for specific details. Battery dust was in the battery section, so I did a basic dry clean and inserted new batteries. I turned it on and waited, not realizing it RESPONDS to voice (and later learned stroking its fur?) It did make multiple vocal sounds and go up and down (as seen in first photo). However, there are PAUSES in between actions - thus INTERACTIVE part of its name. In my lack of patience (perhaps), it did not show its hands or antennas (see photos where these are on either side) or blink it’s eyes - so, not certain if that was my impatience or those parts of it are correctly functioning.
